The Child & Youth Advocacy Centre of Kelowna is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to provide mental health assessments and trauma-informed counselling to children, youth, and caregivers impacted by abuse. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the clinician contributes to coordinated care alongside professionals from law enforcement, child protection, victim services, medical, and mental health sectors.
This role includes conducting structured assessments, developing treatment recommendations, and providing evidence-based therapeutic support. The position is well suited for a clinician with strong assessment skills, experience supporting children and youth impacted by trauma, and a commitment to collaborative, child-centered care.

The Program & Systems Manager provides operational leadership across the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre of Kelowna’s Mental Health and Advocate Programs, ensuring coordinated, trauma-informed services for children and families impacted by abuse and complex trauma.
This role oversees program flow and continuity, supports clinicians and advocates in real time, and helps ensure families experience clear, connected pathways through services. With a strong applied clinical lens, the Program & Systems Manager supports day-to-day decision-making while escalating clinical risk appropriately to the In-House Clinical Director.
Working closely with multidisciplinary partners, this position plays a key role in aligning teams, strengthening collaboration, and supporting responsive, high-quality care.

The Family Coordinator provides operational and administrative support within the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre of Kelowna, ensuring smooth, coordinated service delivery across multidisciplinary teams. This role plays a key part in facilitating communication between partner agencies, supporting internal processes, and maintaining program flow. While remaining aware of client needs and trauma-informed principles, the position is primarily administrative, with limited direct client support.
Working closely with clinicians, advocates, and community partners, the Family Coordinator helps ensure families experience clear, connected pathways through services and supports the Centre’s commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe care.
