Resilient Families – Mental Health Clinical Director (Temporary Part-Time)
Kelowna, BC | 3 days/week | 15 Month Maternity Leave Coverage

The Child & Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC) of Kelowna is seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinical Director to provide senior clinical leadership within our Resilient Families program during a maternity leave.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to lead trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health care for children and youth who have experienced abuse. As the senior clinical authority, you will guide clinical formulation, oversee complex and high-risk files, and provide supervision and consultation to a skilled multidisciplinary team, working in close partnership with the community partners and senior leadership.

If you are a seasoned clinician with strong judgment, a collaborative leadership style, and deep experience in child and adolescent trauma, this role allows you to make a lasting impact on families and the broader community while supporting continuity of care during a leadership transition and gaining valuable multi disciplinary work experience.

Compensation: 47-53 / Hr

CYAC Program & Systems Manager
Kelowna, BC | Permanent Full-Time

The Program & Systems Manager provides operational leadership across the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre of Kelowna’s Mental Health and Advocate Programs, ensuring coordinated, trauma-informed services for children and families impacted by abuse and complex trauma.

This role oversees program flow and continuity, supports clinicians and advocates in real time, and helps ensure families experience clear, connected pathways through services. With a strong applied clinical lens, the Program & Systems Manager supports day-to-day decision-making while escalating clinical risk appropriately to the In-House Clinical Director.

Working closely with multidisciplinary partners, this position plays a key role in aligning teams, strengthening collaboration, and supporting responsive, high-quality care.
